Vice President of Finance
Mrs. Rumberg began her career in construction services in 1974 at a building supply store in Roanoke, VA. After her graduation from JMU in 1979 she pursued a job in her course studies at a psychiatric center as a mental health therapist. After a short time she returned to the construction services industry in the finance department handling job duties such as: accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, general office management, and customer, subcontractor and vendor relations. Realizing this was the career path for her, she has enjoyed the climb in finance ever since.
Mrs. Rumberg joined Watkins Services, Inc. in May of 2003 and has excelled to the position she currently holds. She is responsible for all incoming and outgoing finances for the company including: reviewing AIA contracts, change orders, and general contracts for financial soundness and accuracy; payroll and all internal finances; and procurement management. Mrs. Rumberg serves as a financial sounding board and is committed to the core values that have made Watkins Service, Inc. fiscally sound, allowing the field management team to perform at the highest levels.
